PICTURES: Masterpiece Mona Lasagne good enough to eat

mona_lasagne.jpg Prudence Emma Staite, an artist has sculptured a modern version of the Mona Lisa made entirely of pasta. He spent two weeks picking 10,000 different pieces of pasta which match the lines of the smiling face and created this master piece.

"The culinary artist then arranged the fusilli, macaroni and lasagne to resemble the world famous piece of art. Yellow, brown, green and gold shades of pasta even match the original which now hangs in Musee du Louvre in Paris, France, and attracts thousands of admirers each day."
